Kicking off this historic and fun day of festivities celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community will be the presentation of Festival Grand Marshall, Andrea Nofi, in addition to a warm welcome from members of the Windsor Pride Festival Committee.

We’re kicking things off with sparkle, sass, and serious star power! Don’t miss Jillian Snow as the legendary Liza Minnelli, serving up a few unforgettable numbers to start the show with Broadway flair and Pride spirit. Curtain up—it’s showtime!

2:50PM | Tiffany Holbrook
President of People4Parks and Chair of Operations for the festival will speak about the importance of Love Wins in Windsor and how this event uplifts the LGBTQIA+ community. They’ll also share how funds raised during the festival help support inclusive public programming.

With her full band in tow, Ellie James brings an electrifying, inclusive energy to any Pride festival—delivering anthemic beats, heartfelt lyrics, and a joyful celebration of self-expression and love.

A black trans man of experience and Native to San Francisco Bay Area, Ca. Advocate of Trans Community, Founder and CEO of pyramidkings.org which is an organization centered around the advancement of the TransMasc community through mentorship, health education & mental health.

David is our final speaker of the festival and has been on the PRIDE committee since the first event in 2021. He will speak about the importance of support in the LGBTQIA+ community and introduce a representative from La Crema, Robert Rainwater.

6:00PM | Kenny Metcalf
Get ready to groove as Kenny Metcalf, the powerhouse vocalist behind the chart-topping Pharrell tribute and a fixture on some of the Bay Area’s most unforgettable stages, headlines our event! With his soulful vocals, magnetic energy, and expansive repertoire—from Motown and funk to contemporary pop—Metcalf is set to deliver a high-voltage night that’s equal parts nostalgia and celebration. Expect infectious grooves, jaw-dropping showmanship, and an electrifying performance that will bring everyone to their feet!
